“Projekt” is one of six branded page templates. It combines an introduction with a clear set of downloadable documents. Review its computer and phone views before publishing.
The sample includes a render, PDF drawing and project description. Organise files into sections by purpose or recipient.
Label revisions clearly
Label files with the project, date and revision. Use the introduction to identify the version intended for further work.
Add new assets to the same folder link. Tell recipients about important changes so they use the right version.

Publish the design and send its link or QR code. Tell recipients which revision you are delivering and how long it is available.
Preview assets and receive originals
Images and supported PDFs provide previews on the page. Recipients can download original drawings or other specialist files and open them in their own software.
A custom page design is included in the Page Design package or business plans. You can send a standard link without it.
Receive project partners’ assets
Enable a folder file-request link and send it to collaborators. They can supply documents directly without an account, helping you collect and deliver a consistent set of assets.
Questions and answers
Can I send a file without a preview?
Yes, within your plan limits and the service terms. Recipients download it and use suitable software; not every file type has a preview.
Can a project folder have a password?
Folders support access passwords. Check available settings and your current plan. A password cannot revoke copies a recipient has already downloaded.
Does the page extend every document’s expiry?
No. Each file still depends on its own status and expiry. Publishing a branded page does not extend file availability.
Does the page provide revision approvals or CAD/BIM viewing?
Souborovna provides file delivery and supported previews. This offer does not include automatic revision history, approvals or a viewer for every CAD/BIM format; open specialist files in your software after downloading.
Will updating the folder update downloaded copies?
New assets appear at the folder link. Copies already downloaded do not update automatically; notify recipients about the new version.
