Practical guide

How to share multiple files with one link

Bring photos, videos and documents together in a folder and send one link. Recipients can view available previews and download individual files or the folder as a ZIP.

Add new assets to the same link. Use its QR code during a meeting and a file-request link to receive client files without their having an account.

Choose a folder or a ZIP

A folder gives recipients a file list and available previews. They can download one file, selected items or the folder as a ZIP.

A ZIP prepared before uploading is delivered as a single file. Choose whether recipients should select individual assets or receive a prepared package.

Create and share a folder

  1. Upload files in your account

Choose files that belong together. Check that uploads are finished and the files are available.

  2. Open Folders

Create and name a folder in your account. Select files you have already uploaded.

  3. Organise the content

Use clear names and sections where helpful. Add a short explanation for recipients.

  4. Check access

Set any password. Check each file’s availability and expiry; adding it to a folder does not extend its expiry.

  5. Try the link

Open the link in a private browser window without your account session. For a protected folder, check password entry and downloads too.

  6. Send the link or QR code

Explain what the folder contains and when to download. Send the password through a separate channel.

A custom design is optional

Add your brand and introduction in Page design. Choose from six templates and review the computer and phone previews before publishing.

A custom page design is included in the Page Design package or business plans. You can send a standard link without it.

The link stays while content can change

Add uploaded files to the existing folder and keep its link. Named sections help recipients select the right assets.

When you update the files, tell recipients what is new and which version to use.

Deliver and receive files

Recipients can choose a ZIP download for the package or download files individually.

Also enable a folder file-request link. Clients can send new assets directly into the folder without registering.

Questions and answers

Do I need an account to create a folder?

Yes. Create and manage folders in your account. Recipients of a standard shared link do not need an account.

Can I add files to the same link later?

Yes. Add them to the existing folder and its link stays the same. Each file must remain available under valid sharing conditions.

Can I download part of a folder?

Yes. Selected available items can be downloaded as a ZIP within the combined-download limit.

Does deleting a folder delete its files?

Deleting a folder does not itself delete the original files. Manage those files separately in your account.

What if a folder is too large for a combined download?

ZIP downloads have a separate size limit. Download files individually if the folder exceeds it. Recipients also need enough device storage; see Help and pricing for current conditions.

Does a folder extend expiry or preserve every revision?

Each file still follows its own status and expiry. A folder or custom design does not automatically extend availability or preserve every revision.

Is this a guide to Windows network folders?

This covers internet sharing through Souborovna, not local network setup or viewing every item inside a ZIP uploaded as one file.
