A page that presents your work
“Předávka” is one of six branded page templates. It gives photos room to breathe, with a project title, introduction and your brand. Review the computer and phone views before publishing.
The paired sample shows both views side by side. Use a folder for a set of photos and videos, or a separate link for one finished file.
Preview the work, download the original
Image previews and video playback let clients view the work directly on the page. The download button delivers the original uploaded file.
Playback uses an available version suited to the connection and plan. You can deliver the original while providing a convenient first viewing.
From a finished project to one link
Prepare your files
Choose the finished photos and video in the form you want the client to receive. Give the files clear names.
Build a folder
Upload your files in your account and add them to a folder. Use its own link when delivering a single file.
Add your brand
In the page design area, choose the “Předávka” template and add a heading and your brand. Review the draft before publishing.
Send the link
Check the expiry and any password. Send the link or QR code and tell the client when to download the files.

A custom page design is included in the Page Design package or business plans. You can send a standard link without it.

Receive client assets directly in your folder
Enable a file-request link in your folder settings. Clients can upload their files straight to you without creating an account, whether they are supplying a brief or adding project assets.
You can also send photos and video with the iPhone or Android app. Souborovna is operated by a Czech company with support in Czech.
Questions and answers
Does the client need to sign in?
A standard shared link does not require an account. A password-protected transfer requires its password, and the files must still be available.
Can clients download the whole gallery?
Folder files can be downloaded individually or as a ZIP. If the folder exceeds the combined-download limit, download the files individually.
Can I start without a branded page?
A custom page design is included in the Page Design package or business plans. You can send a standard link without it.
Does the gallery include proofing or print orders?
The gallery supports viewing and delivering files. This offer does not include favourite selections for retouching or print ordering.
Can the service restore quality lost before upload?
Downloading delivers the file you uploaded. It cannot reverse earlier resizing or a lossy export; choose the intended original version before uploading.
