Recipients can play available video on the page without downloading. Original files can be downloaded individually or from a folder as a ZIP, with link access by QR code too.

“Premiéra” is one of six branded page templates. It makes room for the work, a heading and supporting assets. Review its computer and phone views before publishing.

Include materials the recipient needs
For a film, include the video, poster and stills. For music, include the recording, an introduction and an artist photo. Organise files into sections and add credits.
Check a large file in its original form before sending it. Identify its version, language and, where useful, audio format so recipients can choose the right file.

Upload files in your account and build a folder. Allow any video-preview processing to finish.
Introduce the work
Choose the “Premiéra” template in the page design area, then add a heading, introduction and brand. Review the computer and phone views.
Check availability
Check available playback and downloads. Review expiry and any password, publish the design and send the link.
Watch on the page, download the original
Playback offers an available video version suited to the recipient’s connection and plan. They can view the work on the page and then download the original file.

Collect assets from the production team
A folder file-request link lets contributors supply photos and other files without registering. You can also send files with the iPhone or Android app.
Questions and answers
Can every video or audio file be played?
Some formats may not have a working preview. Availability depends on file type and processing. An available original can be downloaded and opened in a suitable application.
Is video playback always the original file?
No. Playback may use a processed version for the connection and plan. Download the file to receive the original.
Can I send just one large video?
Yes. A single file has its own link. Use a folder when you want to include photos, a poster or other documents.
Does a password stop further copying?
A password protects access to the transfer. Recipients can pass on downloaded files; this feature does not replace DRM, a distribution agreement or ticket sales.
Is a branded page a long-term archive?
File availability follows its status and plan; publishing a design does not itself extend it. Retain your own copy for long-term storage.
