Reporting and moderation

• the exact Souborovna link or share identifier,
• the issue: copyright, malware, abuse, personal data or illegality,
• identification of the protected work or authority to act, if relevant,
• a working contact address for follow-up.

Clearly harmful or illegal content may be temporarily disabled before a final decision. Mobile recipients can also block the sender so that their content is no longer shown to that recipient. Reports made in good faith do not require an account. Inappropriate or misleading advertisements can be reported with Report Ad next to the ad.

The web form confirms receipt after submission; an email address also receives a receipt email. A service administrator reviews the report and makes the decision; the decision is not automated. When identical content is blocked, copies are identified automatically by content hash.

When content is disabled, identifiable account owners receive an email identifying their content, the grounds, scope and duration of the restriction and ways to object. Content uploaded without an account has no identifiable owner email. Reporters who provided an email address receive the outcome and reasons. Sending failures are recorded and notifications are retried.

To object to a restriction or report outcome, email info@souborovna.cz for at least six months after the decision was notified with the report number and reasons or evidence. We record the complaint, conduct a human review and reply to you. This option does not limit statutory rights or judicial redress.

For repeated violations we record specific reviewed cases and send a warning first. If violations continue after the warning, a person may temporarily restrict account access and new uploads after considering frequency, severity and proportionality; reasons and duration are emailed. No restriction is triggered automatically by report counts. We keep resolved reports, reasons, complaints and outcomes; transparency exports contain aggregate counts only, without contacts or content.
