Deliver a contract or accounting files to your client with one link. The “Dopis” page adds your brand, an introduction and a downloadable document.
Recipients can open the transfer on a computer or phone and receive the document without an account. Add a password and available expiry to control access.
A document with a personal introduction
“Dopis” is one of six branded page templates. It presents a document with a heading, introduction and signature. Review its computer and phone views before publishing.
The paired sample shows both views. Identify the document version and a contact for questions; your brand helps recipients recognise the sender.
One document or a folder of assets
Deliver one document through its own link. Use a folder with clear names for contracts with attachments or a set of accounting files.
Recipients can preview supported PDFs and download the originals for further work. A folder can also be received as a ZIP.

HTTPS transport and access options you choose
HTTPS protects transport between your device and Souborovna’s servers. A password restricts opening the transfer, and expiry controls link availability.

A custom page design is included in the Page Design package or business plans. You can send a standard link without it.
Request documents from your client
Enable a file-request link to your folder when you need documents from a client. They can send files without registering, and the uploads appear in your folder.

Questions and answers
Does the recipient need an account?
A standard shared link does not require an account. A protected link requires its password, and the file must remain available before expiry.
Does a download confirm legal delivery?
No. An operational download record is not proof of formal legal service or a signed document.
What should I do with sensitive documents?
Read the security and data-processing description first. Choose suitable access options, check the recipient and retain your own copy. Use another service if you need a different security model.
How are files protected, and when should I use another method?
HTTPS protects transport and a password can restrict transfer access. The server creates previews, so this is not end-to-end encryption inaccessible to the operator. Assess that model for sensitive files; passwords or ending a link cannot revoke downloaded copies.
Does the page replace signing, formal delivery or archiving?
No. It delivers files and an introduction. This offer does not include electronic signatures, formal legal service or certified archiving.
