“Katalog” is one of six branded page templates. It introduces the collection alongside a PDF catalog, photos and technical sheets. Review the computer and phone views before publishing.

Create a link to the collection
Choose current files
Upload the catalog and supporting assets in your account. Check their language, date and version.
Build the folder
Add files to a folder and organise them into sections. Choose the “Katalog” template, then add your brand and description.
Review and send
Publish the design after checking it. Send the link or QR code to customers and partners.
Current assets at the same link
Keep the same folder link when adding photos or a current catalog. Product, language and version labels help partners choose the right file.
A custom page design is included in the Page Design package or business plans. You can send a standard link without it.
Receive assets from suppliers
Send suppliers a file-request link to your folder. They can supply images and documents without creating an account, ready for you to organise and distribute.
Questions and answers
Must recipients download every file?
No. They can download individual files or a selected group. Combined ZIP downloads have their own size limit.
Can a PDF be viewed before downloading?
Supported PDFs have a preview. Other file types may be download-only; a preview does not provide editing tools.
Does adding assets change the folder link?
An existing folder keeps its link. Its content still depends on the expiry and availability of each file.
Does Souborovna create catalogs or sync my store?
Souborovna delivers your prepared files through a branded page. This offer does not include catalog authoring or automatic store synchronisation.
