Service comparison
Which file transfer service fits your delivery?
With Souborovna, deliver files on a page for your brand, provide original downloads and receive new client assets. One link and QR code support delivery on a computer or phone.
Alongside these options, compare other services for finished transfers and collaboration. The table uses official sources checked on 8 October 2026, listed beneath it.
Choose for the delivery you need
Choose around the recipient’s task: viewing, downloading or editing together. Each task can call for a different solution.
The table compares purpose and access options. Check current prices and numerical limits with your chosen provider.
How to choose a service
Compare the terms for your actual task, rather than the largest advertised number.
- Does the offer fit your whole file and available storage?
- Can recipients download before expiry?
- Do recipients need to sign in, and does that access model suit you?
- Do you need a password, an introduction or your own brand?
- Do you need original downloads, document collaboration or a different security model?

Questions and answers
Is Souborovna always better than WeTransfer?
No. It depends on purpose, size, availability, the recipient’s workflow and security needs. The comparison also describes Souborovna’s limits.
Does a large free limit mean unlimited use?
Not necessarily. Also check storage, expiry, transfer or download counts and other offer conditions. We link to the current provider sources.
Does the recipient always need an account?
It depends on the service and access settings. A standard Souborovna link needs no account; a protected link requires its password. Always test your actual link.
What are Souborovna’s limitations?
File size, storage, expiry and delivery follow the plan; ZIP has a separate limit. Server-side previews mean this is not end-to-end encryption inaccessible to the operator. This offer does not include automatic collaborative document editing, formal legal service or certified archiving.
Is this a speed test or service ranking?
No. It compares purposes and conditions using official sources. Speed also depends on the connection and was not benchmarked here.
Are the comparison details guaranteed after the check date?
The date records when sources were checked. It does not guarantee future prices or features; review the provider’s current offer before sending.
